 مطلوب موظف استقبال لشركه

We are looking for a “Receptionist” to join our team.

Location: Amman-Abdoun


Job Description:

·       Answering central telephone system and directed calls accordingly.

·       Providing clerical support to company employees by copying, faxing and filing documents.

·       Greeting incoming visitors professionally and provided friendly, knowledgeable assistance.

·       Keeping reception area clean and neat to give visitors positive first impression.

·       Manage Time & Attendance, employees Leaves, Check the employees' monthly attendance.

·       Assist in recruitment function (Support HR in placing job ads, screening and fixing interview appointments with the candidates).

·       Assist HR in medical travel, and life insurance additions and deletions.

·       Prepare any official letters related to employees and embassies.

 


Requirements: 

·       Bachelor degree in business administration or any other related field.

·       0-2 years of experience as Receptionist or Admin assistant

·      Professional attitude and appearance

·       Excellent Excel skills.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Very good in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
