Secretary


We are a fast-growing startup specializing in the import and export of food products, seeking an organized and efficient Secretary to support our administrative operations. If you have excellent communication skills, are fluent in English, and are passionate about maintaining smooth office workflows, we would love to hear from you.


Responsibilities:


Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and handling correspondence.

Organize and maintain files, records, and other important documents.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and memos.

Provide administrative support to senior staff.

Handle communication with clients and vendors as needed.

Qualifications:


Proven experience as a secretary or in a relevant administrative role.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
