٣-نحن نبحث عن موظف دعم فني محترف ومتحفّز، تتوفر فيه المؤهلات التالية:

• حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الحاسوب أو أي تخصص تقني ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال يتطلب التعامل المباشر مع العملاء ومعرفة تقنية بمنتجات وخدمات الشركة.

• خبرة في العمل وصيانة أجهزة: الحضور والانصراف، البوابات الأمنية (Walk-through)، أجهزة الأشعة السينية (X-Ray)، الكاميرات، أنظمة التحكم بالدخول، وأنظمة التيار الضعيف.

• خبرة في تركيب وتوصيل وتشغيل الأجهزة.

• القدرة على تنسيق الزيارات الدورية للعملاء وإعداد أوامر العمل.

• مهارات عالية في الكتابة والتواصل مع العملاء (لغة انجليزية)

• القدرة على تحديد الأولويات وإدارة عدة مشاريع ومهام بكفاءة.

• خبرة واسعة في العمل على أنظمة تشغيل مختلفة.

• القدرة على تقديم تجربة مميزة للعملاء والمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف رضا العملاء.

• امتلاك حس عال بالمسؤولية تجاه مشاكل العملاء ومتابعتها حتى الحل.

• A bachelor's degree in computer Engineering or related technology field.

• At least 3 years of experience relevant in a customer focused position involving technical knowledge of a company' s products and services.

• Experience in working and maintenance Time attendance, walk-through and x-ray, Cameras and access control devices and Low current

• Experience in installation, connection and operation of devices

• Coordination for Regular visits for customers and write job order.

• Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients.

• Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.

• Extensive experience working with different operating systems.

• Ability to delight customers, contribution to team customer satisfaction goals.

• Strong ownership of customer issues.
